  • Order: Your request to purchase Goods from us.

  • Service: The website or platform through which Goods are offered.

  • You: The individual or entity using our Service.

Right to Cancel Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, with no obligation to provide a reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the Goods.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, with no additional fees.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the Goods must meet the following conditions:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The Goods must be in their original condition and not fall under any of the following exceptions:

    Non-Returnable Goods:

    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Goods that are perishable or have expired.
    • Items that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
    • Goods that have been mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our discretion.

Refund Eligibility for Regular and Sale Items

Refunds are available only for regularly priced Goods. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.

How to Return Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. Returns should be sent to:

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged Goods during return shipping. Refunds will not be processed until we receive the returned Goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of donation and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned Goods are received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
