Refund Processing

Return Conditions

Goods must be in their original condition. Exceptions include:

• Custom items
• Perishables
• Unsealed goods with hygiene concerns
• Mixed items that cannot be separated

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are excluded from refunds unless legally required.

Return Shipping

Customers bear return shipping costs and risks. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods during return shipping.

Gift Purchases

Gift returns receive store credit or certificates rather than direct refunds.

Donations

Donations made to ISKCON Hebri are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases, please contact us within 7 days of the donation.
