A hundred children gather under the trees

More than a hundred children from the surrounding villages come each weekend to learn slokas, hear stories of Krishna and Rama, sing kirtan, and share prasadam — no fees, just a living tradition.

Sunday Feast & Kirtan

Every Sunday the assembly hall fills for a morning of kirtan, Bhagavad Gita discourse, and a sattvic feast cooked with milk from our own cows. All are welcome at Bangaru Gudde.

Sixty cows, cared for every day

Our Malenadu Gidda herd roams fourteen acres of grazing land. Feed, medicine, and the 5 a.m. hands that tend them are sustained entirely through gau seva.

Retreats in the Sahyadris

Mangala arati at dawn, walks among the cows, discourse, and an evening kirtan that often runs past sunset. No itinerary is rushed — the mountains set the pace.

Strengthening the goshala

Strengthening the goshala

Roofing, shelters, and fodder storage are improved season by season so the herd winters well. Every contribution becomes a meal, a vet visit, a small act of protection.

Dated festival reports and milestones will appear here as they are posted. For the latest, reach us or join a Sunday programme.

Gau Seva

A simple ask — help the cows winter well.

The goshala roof, the feed, the medicine, the hands that look after them at 5 a.m. Every contribution becomes a meal, a vet visit, a small act of protection.
